In the Starter and Professional packages, these can be freely configured and booked separately according to the needs and preferences of the customer.

Individual web design packages are user-defined from the outset and naturally also offer the option of choosing every available extra in every possible combination.

There are no predefined prices for extras, as each extra is also customised to the client and the website. Prices depend on the scope and degree of customisation of the web design project.

How does the 36-month subscription work?

We are a web design agency with a full service guarantee. This means that we ensure that your website is available and fully functional 365 days a year.

To make this possible, we only offer our web design packages as a 36-month subscription. This means two things:

During these first 36 months, our website maintenance services are included free of charge for you to ensure that your website is up to date and secure.

It also means, of course, that your website is fully paid for after 36 months – from the 37th month you have no more monthly costs if you no longer need the website maintenance services. For our web design customers, we naturally offer a strong discount, so you have an inexpensive and long-term all-inclusive solution to keep your website secure and up-to-date even after the first 36 months.

In addition, you will continue to have a competent contact person for all your website-related concerns.

Regardless of the optional website maintenance services, only the annual domain & hosting fees remain (if you use these services with us).

If you do not wish to use the subscription model, but prefer to make a one-time payment, please contact us here and outline your request.

How does the SimplyReview.net service work?

This is a service that we offer to companies that want to increase the number of their positive online reviews using an automated system.

How is this achieved?

We create a review landing page for your company, to which customers are directed via business cards or displays with your logo, the link and a QR code to leave a review. The page offers two options: Satisfied customers are redirected to the online review page after entering their email address and are registered in Google Sheets and a newsletter service, which automatically sends a “thank you for your review” email. Dissatisfied customers describe their concerns, are not forwarded to the online review page, but are also noted in Google Sheets and registered in the newsletter service, which automatically sends an “Apologies for the inconvenience” e-mail, optionally with a discount code for future purchases or similar.

Long story short:

The number of positive reviews is increased, the submission of negative reviews is prevented and the system enables direct customer contact, both automated and individual.

What are the website maintenance services?

With our website maintenance services, we offer you an all-inclusive solution for your website so that it is always up-to-date and secure.

What’s included?

We ensure that the functionality and security of your website(s) are and remain intact. This includes, among other things, checking for errors and security vulnerabilities and promptly rectifying any problems that arise.
We ensure that all technical components of the website, including the content management system (CMS) and any plugins or extensions used, are always up to date. This includes both security updates and updates to improve performance.
The website maintenance services also include the implementation of text and graphic updates for up to three working hours per month. This may include changes to existing content, the addition of new text or images and minor graphic adjustments. Changes to the design, layout and functionality of the website are excluded from this.
Cost per Website
- For new customers: € 199,- excl. VAT. monthly
- For existing customers: € 149,- excl. VAT. monthly
- For customers within the first 36 months of purchasing a Webdesign package from us: free of charge
For individual maintenance services and validity for several websites, individual agreements on scope and costs can be made.

How long is the development time of a new webdesign project?

How long is the development time of a new webdesign project?

This always depends, of course, on what you want for the new website. Larger, more extensive websites require more time to develop.

For Website Package Starter, the “delivery time” is a maximum of two weeks, for Professional a maximum of four weeks. These fast delivery times are to be understood after down payment and delivery of all required content and documents.

In order to keep to these timeframes, we ask you to provide us with all the relevant information for the new website (texts, images, other requirements) quickly, so that we can get to work on the design and development for you as soon as possible.

We offer to extend or modify/adapt existing websites at any time. Please contact us and we will get back to you promptly.

For changes/extensions to an existing website, costs of € 81.25 (excl. VAT) per working hour apply, charged on a 15-minute basis.

Can I make changes to my website myself?

Can I make changes to my website myself?

Yes. If you want to make changes to the website yourself, log in to your website with the login information sent to you after project completion. This will take you to the administration area of your new website and you can make all changes yourself. We will be happy to give you a short introduction to the CMS system so that you can easily change texts yourself or, for example, create new blog articles. We advise you not to make any major changes to the design so as not to jeopardise the functionality of your website. If you cannot find your way around the administration area, need help or would like us to make the desired changes, please contact us, please contact us at any time.

In any case, DST Design does not assume any liability and/or warranty for possible problems with the website due to changes made by the customer and other interventions in the delivered webdesign package. Should problems with the website have arisen after changes made by the customer, this is generally not a big problem and can be repaired. Please contact us and tell us about your concern or the problem with your website.

A step-by-step tutorial tailored to your website, e.g. how to add pages, entries, photos etc. yourself, can be booked at any time. We create a video for you in which we explain all the required functions in detail and demonstrate changes. The cost of the Video Tutorial Extra is € 349 (excl. VAT).
