How does the SimplyReview.net service work?
This is a service that we offer to companies that want to increase the number of their positive online reviews using an automated system.
How is this achieved?
We create a review landing page for your company, to which customers are directed via business cards or displays with your logo, the link and a QR code to leave a review. The page offers two options: Satisfied customers are redirected to the online review page after entering their email address and are registered in Google Sheets and a newsletter service, which automatically sends a “thank you for your review” email. Dissatisfied customers describe their concerns, are not forwarded to the online review page, but are also noted in Google Sheets and registered in the newsletter service, which automatically sends an “Apologies for the inconvenience” e-mail, optionally with a discount code for future purchases or similar.
Long story short:
The number of positive reviews is increased, the submission of negative reviews is prevented and the system enables direct customer contact, both automated and individual.

Cost
The monthly costs for this service are € 249 excl. VAT with a minimum term of 6 months. There is also a one-off setup fee of € 99 excl. VAT, which is charged with the first invoice.
